1. Ventilation and cooling of steel structure workshop
Due to the heat and steam generated by some machines in the steel structure workshop, if the heat and steam are not discharged in time, they will accumulate in the workshop, so that the temperature of the steel structure workshop will rise and affect the environment of the steel structure workshop. The solution to these problems is to ensure reasonable ventilation of the plant and install appropriate ventilation system. Reasonable installation of exhaust system can obviously improve the air environment of the steel structure workshop and greatly reduce the temperature of the steel structure workshop.
Install roof forced exhaust fan
Power fan is a kind of ventilating equipment driven by electric power. Its exhaust effect is good, can adapt to any environment ventilation.
No power ventilator is a ventilation device that relies on the principle of air convection to ventilate. When the indoor and outdoor air environment is different, air flow will be generated, thus eliminating indoor waste gas and hot air. Its advantage is that it does not need extra electricity and is more environmentally friendly. However, the strong dependence on the environment, not forced exhaust air. The main products are turbine ventilator, strip ventilator (daylighting belt ventilation), roof ventilator and so on.

2. Forced cooling of steel structure workshop
Forced cooling refers to the installation of a cooling fan on the roof of the workshop. The cooling fan is a machine that USES the principle of water cooling to cool air and delivers the cool air to the room by a strong exhaust fan. It can keep the temperature inside the steel structure factory at a comfortable temperature of 26-30℃. It USES 1/8 the power of an air conditioner. It costs half as much as an air conditioner and is a good way to force cooling in a factory.
Three, steel structure workshop temperature insulation
Insulation of steel structure workshop can isolate most of the solar radiation and heat conduction, reduce the greenhouse effect. Thus greatly reduce the temperature of the workshop, improve the environment of the steel structure workshop.
There are two commonly used methods:
Cover the roof of steel structure workshop with insulation cotton. Generally, the insulation cotton used on the roof is glass cotton with a thickness of 50mm,75mm and 100mm and a density of 64kg/m3
Installation can generally make the indoor temperature reduced 5-8℃, the construction process is more complex, if for the old plant to do insulation transformation, the need to remove the original roof, pull up steel wire mesh, lay glass wool on the wire mesh, cover the original roof board, then do waterproof treatment.
Paint the roofing board with an efficient reflective heat insulation coating. This product has excellent thermal insulation performance and can be coated on metal, concrete, grey wall, wood structure surface, asbestos tile, plastic, glass fiber reinforced plastic, rubber and other surfaces. Coating 0.25mm thick, its effect is equivalent to the effect of 250px-375px glass wool, it can reflect 99.5% infrared ray, 92.5% visible light, the highest sound insulation effect up to 68%, the average sound insulation effect of more than 50%. Fireproof grade A, completely nonflammable. Non-toxic and safe, long lasting, service life of more than 15 years (detailed introduction can refer to engineering materials file). If use this law, construction is convenient, do not have damage to original roofing, and the ageing that can prevent roofing. The maximum temperature difference between the plate surface after construction and before construction can reach 20℃, and the indoor temperature difference can reach 8-10℃. The energy consumption of the steel structure workshop can be reduced by 30-70%.
